What’s it like to work with me?

My approach is always completely tailored to you, so I don’t have set programmes. We’ll work together for as short or as long as you need.

Typically, this tends to be 6-10 sessions so that we have time to build our relationship, but I work with people who experience transformational change in just a few sessions. 

However you choose to work with me, my approach is simple:

Kindness is at the heart of everything I do. I’ll be your biggest cheerleader - bringing a bit of humour and gentle challenge too. But don’t worry, we’ll always go at your pace.

Fees

My coaching fees start at £75 per session, with discounts available for multi-session packages.
